Ingredients
- 500g Olives, we used 250g Black and 250g Green
- 4 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 5-6 Strips of Orange Peel
- 3-5 Garlic Cloves, cut in half
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the olives
- Mix with all the ingredients
- Taste and season
