Ingredients

  • 500g Olives, we used 250g Black and 250g Green
  • 4 tbsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 5-6 Strips of Orange Peel
  • 3-5 Garlic Cloves, cut in half
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the olives
  2. Mix with all the ingredients
  3. Taste and season
